We are looking for a professional to join the fintech project team as a Middle UI/UX Designer.

For an ideal match, we expect from you:

- 2+ years of commercial experience;

—Experience of working in a team of designers;

- Possession of Figma and basic understanding of HTML and CSS;

— Understanding of modern principles and methodologies of UX design;

- Attention to detail and emphasis on product quality;

— Confident knowledge of usability principles;

- Ability to work with variables;

— Desire for continuous learning and professional development;

- A2+ English.

Will be a cool plus:

— Experience in creating animation;

— Experience working with illustrations;

Your future tasks:

— Analysis of business requirements for design;

— Creating and maintaining design systems and working with components to find innovative and creative solutions to problems;

— Cooperation with cross-functional teams (copywriters, marketers, designers);

- Interfaces: Development and improvement of platform interfaces. Design system support;

—Hypotheses: Generation and testing of hypotheses to improve UX and key product metrics;

— Quality: Setting high standards of quality and speed of completion of tasks.
