Your project:AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for working with traffic and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery niche, advertising network, SaaS solutions for user retention. Our products have an audience of millions of users from different parts of the world - North and South America, Europe, Australia and the list of markets is constantly growing.

Our project provides creation of new logics and continuous improvement of the product. We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, goal-oriented and active Traffic Manager for the development of the CPA direction. You will work with TDS, API, RTB technologies and will be able to find a development vector to your liking. We have a cool backend, an open reporting policy, so you will definitely understand your impact on the overall team result. We have an incredibly cool, friendly team that will help you quickly integrate and support you with any question.

You will be inspired:

• Active communication with advertisers, launch and control of CPL, CPS campaigns;
• Daily interaction with the analytics team;
• During setups and optimizations, you will find many insights and 100% want to create your own custom funnels You will have the opportunity to work closely with the product and growth team to implement your own hypotheses and ideas. From you:

• Developed communicative skills and ability to negotiate;
• Experience in affiliate marketing from one year;
• Skills for working with analytics systems;
• English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
• Positive thinking, independentability, responsibility and desire to develop;
• Ability to work productively in a team and interact with colleagues;
• High level of work skills in Microsoft Office.

It will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of the Tableau business analytics tool;
• Knowledge of HTML, SQL;
• Experience of working with large volumes of traffic.
