We invite to the team a Technical Project manager (Middle), who shares our corporate values ​​and strives for dynamic development.

Key tasks: 

• determine the scope, objectives and results of the program in collaboration with stakeholders; 
• create schedules, resources, and scope plans to be presented to stakeholders;
• monitoring and tracking the technical side of the program's progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation; 
• act as the main contact person related to the project;
• facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineers, architects, technical leads, product managers, product designers and other teams; 
• manage cross-team dependencies, agree on roadmaps and facilitate team unlocking; identify, assess and mitigate program risks; ensure alignment and proactive communication of dependencies to stakeholdersrisks, statuses and issues;  
• proactively solve problems and obstacles to keep up with the project schedule;
• support teams to achieve their goals;  ,
• maintain and report on progress , stages and results of the program to senior management and stakeholders;  
• promote and support initiatives aimed at to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.   

Experience and qualifications:

• it is desirable to have a higher education and 2+ years of professional work experience; 
• technical training with an understanding of software development provision, engineering principles and new technologies; 
• project and program management skills, mastery of project management tools (for example, Jira, Redmine); 
• communication, interpersonal and leadership skills ;
• ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; 
• problem-solving and decision-making abilities solutions; 
• interest in financial markets or services , in particular fintech projects.
