In this role you will work closely with:
Analysts to collect data, analyze campaign results and develop recommendations based on analytics.
Performance marketers to adjust, optimize and synchronize advertising strategies with other promotion channels.

Your work tasks will be:
Development and implementation of targeting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram in various European markets.
Analysis and optimization of targeted campaigns to achieve maximum results.
Creation of product promotion strategies taking into account the specifics of each market (geo).
Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and testing hypotheses to improve results (creating A/B tests, optimizing the budget, adjusting targeting).
Prepare reports and participate in weekly/daily team meetings to discuss results and strategic directions.
li>Your tasks during the trial period will be:
< ul>Keeping the economy in the relevant markets span>: ensure stable performance without exceeding the budget or reducing efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including: Implementation of the customer engagement plan, compliance with SPL (Sales per Lead) indicators; Optimizing the cost of acquiring a paid customer (CAC) for each market according to the established goals..
You will need:
Experience in a similar position.
Understanding the features of educational products and innovative technologies. p>
Experience working on several markets at the same time.
Understanding business goals and developing strategies to achieve them
Good knowledge of marketing metrics
Ability to work with analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
