We are looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help Universe Group develop by attracting the best specialists in their field, quickly, but taking care of quality. Joining us, you will become part of the People Operations Team and collaborate with HR and the communications team. Our Talent Acquisition team is a team of 4 people (TA Lead and 3 Talent Acquisition Specialists). Everyone works with 4-5 vacancies at the same time, getting the support of our best colleagues. We hold weekly team meetings where we discuss new ideas and challenges we have, share experiences and plan work to keep focus on business needs. To develop professionally - we are looking for a person who genuinely loves his work, constantly improves his skills and is ready to share insights with the team. To be part of a strong data-driven team - we analyze data and build custom dashboards to find more insights. With us You will: Be responsible for the full selection cycle with a primary focus on building our product and marketing teams in Kyiv. Build pipeline talent through direct sourcing, gathering internal referrals, participating in initiatives with our communications team. Use data to find insights about our process, talent, market for hypothesis generation and experimentation. You will be a trusted hiring advisor for managers and teams. Recommend and implement improvements to our overall hiring practices; for example, you will conduct recruitment training sessions for managers and interviewers. Engage in the search for "bottlenecks" — optimize and improve internal processes and candidate experience. Monitor current trends in the industry and implement new approaches and tools at work. We expect what you: Have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment. You have experience working with marketing vacancies. Always looking for ways to improve the quality of your work. You have experience in optimizing and automating recruiting processes. You know different methods of assessment and know how to build the selection process so that each stage takes place with maximum benefit. You apply creative search strategies and know how to find real gems among candidates. You understand different thingsprofessions in the field of IT and really understand what candidates write in their profiles. You are a team player and strive for productive cooperation between teams. You have a data-driven approach to work. You understand recruiting and HR metrics and know how to apply them to the selection process and its effectiveness. You have strong interpersonal and consultative skills. You know how to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. You speak English at the intermediate level or higher.
