Middle System Analyst in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Determining requirements and analyzing the customer's business needs for the future product or process
• Modeling system behavior and designing solutions with the help of UML notations (according to the list of functional and non-functional requirements), as well as the need to create "initial" layouts/mockups/wireframes of interface systems
• Performing analysis of problem areas and making suggestions for improvement
• Writing technical documentation necessary for project management, service and handing over the product to the customer (instructions, specifications, specifications)
• Support in the current state of the description of the project/process/technology, the history of changes and versions in Jira, test reports on confluence, the status of execution of tasks by the development team in Jira
• Decomposition of tasks, transfer to the development teams, involvement (if necessary) of the necessary units and control of execution
• Validation of the functional testing scheme of the tester's system and if there is a need for initial functionality testing
• Analysis of errors, failures and their causes in the operation of systems with further determination of actions to prevent them

Requirements for candidates:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a systems analyst
• Experience in writing technical tasks or developing business process diagrams using UML, in-depth study of problems
• Experience in analyzing problems and generating ideas for their minimization or complete elimination
• Experience in successful interaction with a business customer/other departments/clients
• Experience in integrating new opportunities and active development of loaded systems
• Experience of working in a team in the development of new functionality, implementation of projects or business processes (will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of the principles of SQL and NoSQL (basic level)
• Knowledge of general concepts of software architecture
• Knowledge of tools for modeling business processes, data, infrastructure
• Understanding the principles of work with API
