Assistance in solving current problems with user office software;

• Settings, Monitoring and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, access points). FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Settings and Configuration of Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack.

What experience we are looking for:

• System Administrator experience from 3 years;

• Experience with Google Workspace, Eset Protect, JIRA, CONFLUENCE. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Knowledge and understanding of the work of protocols: TCP/IP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, Sntp, SMTP, IMAP, ICMP, IPSEC, VOIP; Understanding the Basic Principles of Routing and Switching; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Experience with Server Infrastructure in and Beyond Windows Server 2012–2019;

• Mastering Basic Console Utilities for Diagnosis of Network and Equipment Problems;

• Experience with Customer Terminals Bloomberg, QuickBooks, Hyper-V, Terminal Server, Freepbx, Asterisk will be an advantage; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Skills in the construction and maintenance of small structured cable systems (SCS) will be an additional plus.
