Quintagroup is seeking a talented Middle Strong/Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. We’re developing innovative mobile and web applications used by thousands of users daily across iOS and Android platforms.

We prefer candidates interested in a stable, long-term working relationship. While hours are flexible, significant overlap with US time zones is preferred, especially during the onboarding period.

Our tech stack:

• Frontend: Flutter
• Backend: FastAPI (Python)
• Databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB

Skills you’ll bring :

* Minimum 3 years of experience developing with Flutter
* Proficiency with GitHub : creating branches, pull requests, and participating in code reviews
* Meticulous attention to detail when interpreting ticket specifications and building products
* Strong English language skills. Our primary communication tools are Slack, Linear, and GitHub. You should be comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification, and posting updates in team channels.

Additional responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features
* Optimize application performance on both frontend and backend
* Ensure high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
* Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter and Python development
