Middle Strong Project Manager in VYB

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Middle Strong Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Middle Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT projects from start to finish, ensuring their successful delivery while maintaining quality, scope, schedule, and client satisfaction. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and solid experience with project management methodologies.This is an in-house position, not for a specific project. We specialise in different spheres so you may work on any project from these domains: Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation, E-commerce, Consumer Goods and Services, Hospitality and Recreation, Legal Matters, Real Estate, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, estimation, scope management, scheduling, cost management, and stakeholder communication.Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify risks, manage change requests, and adjust project priorities to maintain project momentum and minimize delays.Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, changes, and expectations. Facilitate project demos, progress reports, and retrospectives.Project Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, track project performance, and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and milestones.Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in IT Project Management.Solid understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Proficient with workload, resource planning, and management tools.Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in risk situations.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.Customer-focused and performance-driven mindset.English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
