Main duties:

• Development and analysis of current tasks with the customer
• Deep immersion in business goals and essence of projects
• Submission of proposals for improving the customer experience
• Helping the customer in drawing up requirements and technical specifications
• Maintaining project documentation
• Execution of requests and samples < /li>
• Participation in the 3rd line of support to have a complete picture of the project problems

Main requirements:

• Commercial experience of working in a team of 3+ members from 3 years
• Knowledge of SQL at a level sufficient to obtain and analyze information from a database
• Any experience in programming
• Participation in the development of projects using agile practices
• Ability and desire to achieve a win-win result in the process of communication and problem solving
• Understanding what SQL, HTTP, web-socket, XML, JSON, UML, process flowchart, Postman, service, server, client, request call, DB, DBMS, timeout, rate limit, Java, Agile, Scrum, lean, pool, cache
• Ability to evaluate the proposed problem solving and offer their own
• Development and visual design of business cases
• Possession and understanding of agile principles
• Willingness to learn and deepen your understanding of processes not only from the point of view business, but also from the side of technical implementation
