What is included in the responsibilities of a Middle Strategist: participation in the creation of strategies for the Client; work with large data sets, statistical analysis and analytics (statistics, statistical data analysis, drawing conclusions); data visualization; work with summary tables and databases in Excel; management of several projects at the same time, communication in a team; adaptation of information to the specifics of the Client, data visualization; search for insights and data for the Client to argue one or another opinion/proposal. Our future Middle Strategist: has experience working at a communication, research agency (or in the research/analytics department on the Client's side) from the 1st year; advanced user of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point); English - no lower than Intermediate B1 (oral and written) - gathering information and slides in English for 95% of tasks; responsibility and attention to details (deadlines, specific requirements in projects); tolerance for routine tasks; communication and teamwork; desire to learn and develop; analytical and strategic thinking; initiative , non-standard thinking (opportunity to participate in brainstorming).
