Mira Developments stands at the forefront of a new era in Middle Eastern real estate development, driven by a powerful vision and an unwavering commitment to shaping the future of our communities.Currently we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialistwho will join Marketing Development team of Mira Development.Responsibilities:Develop and implement SEO strategies to promote current and new websites of Mira Developments in global marketsLaunch new websites: design the site structure based on best SEO practices, user experience, and competitor analysisConduct SEO audits of both existing and new websites: identify and resolve technical issues, and optimize for search enginesConduct competitor analysis on a global scale: study promotion strategies and implement the best solutions to increase the visibility of Mira Developments websitesCollaborate with content teams and web developers to develop and optimize content based on target keywords and regionsContinuously update metadata (title, description, h1, alt) and improve internal linking structures to enhance organic rankingsManage link-building strategies and external links, and develop tactics to increase website authority globallyAnalyze and monitor website rankings for key priority keywords, and generate reports for management on achieved resultsUse analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) to assess strategy effectiveness and make adjustments as neededStay updated on the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure continuous improvementRequirements2-3 years of SEO experience, preferably with international projects and/or in the real estate sectorAbility to develop website structures from scratch and adapt them to search engine requirements and user-friendlinessDeep understanding of global SEO, technical website optimization, and content localization for various regionsStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic principles of working with CMSExperience with international SEO strategies and an understanding of promotion nuances in different countriesProficiency in key SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etcAbility to analyze the competitive landscape and develop effective solutions to improve the company's rankingsAdvanced English proficiency; knowledge of other languages will be an advantageBenefitsSalary in USD (crypto payment)Fully remote workInternational innovative work cultureDear Candidates, due to a high volume of applications, only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
