Middle SEO Specialist in Brights

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Middle SEO Specialist to join Brights’ team and help transform our website into a lead-generating machine. We expect to find someone who understands that the devil is in the details when it comes to SEO, isn't afraid to delve into Ahrefs, and is ready to deeply analyze competitor websites to outrun them.

Your main goals in this position will be:

• define strategic clusters for SEO promotion;

• boost organic traffic to top-priority website/blog pages;

• achieve top positions in SERP for target keywords;

• drive relevant leads to the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic that converts;

• conduct regular competitor analysis and adjust strategies based on research results;

• manage link-building activities (define strategy and budget, set up donors criteria, manage execution);

• monitor important technical SEO details as well as back-end SEO elements (such as robots.txt, metadata, etc.);

• conduct On-page optimization activities;

• quickly react and adapt to search engine algorithm changes;

• provide regular reports on SEO performance;

• work closely with marketing, content, and development teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of SEO experience;

• at least an Intermediate level of English;

• a proven track record of executing off-page and on-page SEO strategies for highly competitive B2B niches (preferably in IT / Technical industries);

• a black belt in SEO Analytics and Reporting Tools such as Ahrefs/Semrush, GA, GTM, GSC, Excel/Google Spreadsheets, etc;

• deep understanding of technical SEO (crawling, rendering and indexing, canonicalization, thin and duplicate content, structured data, hreflang, site architecture, and navigation, etc.);

• experience in budget management.

Would be a plus if you:

• previously participated in content plan creation;

• have experience with boosting traffic growth after a long period of stagnation;

• are aware of inbound marketing techniques and what the marketing strategy is.
