Middle SEO Specialist in Dentsu Ukraine

We are currently actively looking for a Middle SEO Specialist for one of our agencies -iProspect, who is ready to independently lead projects, implement bold ideas and scale results.  

iProspect is a full media service agency that manages client budgets of over UAH 550 million in the areas of digital media, performance, media strategy, offline media, influence and data&analytics.  

In your daily work you will:

• Full-fledged management of SEO projects: launch of new sites from scratch and scaling of existing ones
• Development and implementation of promotion strategies for different markets
• Technical audit of sites, on-page and off-page optimization
• Collection of semantic core from 10K queries and clustering
• Derivation of HF keys in the top 5
• Compilation of TK for copywriters, programmers, designers and link builders
• Analysis of competitors, monitoring of positions, search for growth points
• Development of an anchor plan and control of its implementation
• A/B testing and implementation of technical changes to increase visibility
• Setting tasks for junior specialists and monitoring their execution.

Our wishes for the candidate:

• Experience of working as an SEO specialist for 2 years in Internet marketing agencies
• Experience of working with e-commerce and promotion in highly competitive niches
• Confirmed cases of self-management of projects
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking principles
• Proficient in: Ahrefs / Semrush / Serpstat, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog
• Analysis of site logs
• Skills to automate work: templates, formulas, scripts
• Work with content optimization services + ChatGPT
• Ability to argue SEO-recommendations and prove their necessity
• Ability to form hypotheses, conduct experiments and draw reasonable conclusions
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic approach
• Ability to work with a large volume of typical tasks and information
• High responsibility, result-oriented and team interaction.
