We are looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the comprehensive promotion of the site - from content and link building to technical SEO.

What will you do?

• Conducting regular SEO audit (technical and content) and forming a backlog of tasks.
• Development and maintenance of SEO roadmap (month/quarter), implementation control.
• Optimization of pages (categories/services/articles): structure, meta-tags, internal linking, content.
• Semantic research and keyword mapping under search intent.
• Work with link building (assessing opportunities/risks, monitoring the process of execution of anchor plans).
• Monitoring GSC/GA4, errors, updates, competitors, dynamics.
• Preparation of reports and results.

What do we expect from you?

• Understanding indexing and crawl control. robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical, noindex/nofollow, hreflang.
• Know the main technical errors and states, 301/302, 404/410, duplicates, URL parameters, pagination.
• Be able to find the cause, find the solution, issue a TOR for dev.
• Understanding Core Web Vitals (LCP/INP/CLS) and loading speed.
• Able to conduct a content audit, what to update, what to combine/remove, how to avoid cannibalization.
• Able to collect semantics, clustering, keyword mapping under search intent.
• Know what internal linking is for priority clusters/pages.
• Know what link building is for goals (priority pages/clusters, link types, tempo), donor quality, risks, anchor list.
• Be able to control placement: URL/anchor, dofollow/nofollow/sponsored/ugc attributes, indexing, profile backlink monitoring.
• Confident work with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs. Semrush. Serpstat. Majestic, PageSpeed Insights, Google Search Console.
• Ability to make reports on the basis of which to form conclusions and further plans, recommendations with an explanation of why.
