We, Boosta, are an international IT company with a portfolio of many successful products, performance marketing projects and our own investment Burner Foundation. Boosta was founded in 2014 and has since grown to 600+ members. 

What tasks will need to be handled?

• Quarterly, with the team leader, draw up a strategy for the promotion of the project (projects).
• Be responsible for the KPI of the project (quality traffic & income).
• Constantly look for new areas of development for sites.
• Responsible for -content and -linkbuilding project plans. Prepare TK, place and design content. Prepare anchor letters and link building strategies.
• Be able to formulate your ideas in a task. Use clear and unambiguous wording to set tasks for contractors and service departments (content, link building, development). Monitor the performance of works. Be responsible for the quality of the final result.
• Monitor the main indicators of the site and promptly manage the priorities of tasks.
• Constantly monitor the delivery of targeted requests. Analyze competitors, highlight their best practices and use them to your advantage.

What do we expect from you? 

• Ability to bring SEO projects to the top by HF\VC keys. To find keys, clusters and approaches that will lead to the result as soon as possible.
• Ability to analyze new niches in detail and use the received data competently.
• Ability to build project SEO work, plan, communicate, initiate.
• Skills of strategic and financial planning of the site as a project. Understanding of traffic quality criteria.
• Confident user of SEO services and tools (from Screaming frog to Ahrefs).
• Skills for working with semantics: collection and claterization. Link building: knowledge and practical application of working techniques. Work with large volumes of data and in complex niches.
• Technical optimization of the site: understand how the site works from the inside, know the technical ranking factors, be able to provide a clear TOR for the development team.
• Be - what programming language to optimize your own work as a plus; excel & google spreadsheets - a confident user.
• Willingness to work with sites in languages ​​you do not know.
• Able to use AI tools to generate and process text information. To be able to formulate a task in a prompt format.

What are the stages of selection?

The trial period for this position is 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together.
