Middle SEO Specialist, which will grow with us in the number and scale of projects. At the beginning of your work, your manager will be the CEO, and in the futureyou can become timlidom, a department head or even a C-level manager.

As part of working with our projects, your tasks will be:

• Conduct SEO audits, form technical tasks and control their implementation;

• Develop andimplement optimal SEO strategies taking into account competition, subject specifics and regional aspects;

• Conduct a full set of SEO works: from internal (Onpage) to external (Offpage) optimization;

• On its ownlead projects,control their effectiveness,form reporting on the results achieved,provide suggestions for improving performance andreach target KPIs;

• Communicate with clients and colleagues from other teams to achieve results, present commercial offers for potential customers;

• Regularmonitor technical indicators of the site using tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Chrome DevTools) andanalyze the effectiveness of SEO measures.

While working on projects, you will interact with other departments, namely: 

• PM Department as part of communication with the customer;

• Sales Department for the development of commercial offers;

• Copywriter for developing texts;

• By developersto solve technical problems related to site development.

By what criteria do you fit us:

• Do you have experience as an SEO specialistfrom 1 year with successful cases of sites being placed in the TOP search engines;

• Actively working with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Screaming Frog, and using Google Sheets, including formulas and automation to optimize workflows;

• You have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, key principles of ranking and influencing factors on SEO and are able to find alternative solutions to solve problems;

• Voyou have the basic skills of working with the technical optimization of sites, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript principles, and understand how they affect SEO.
