Your skills:

1. You have 2+ years of experience in the position of SMM Specialist in a creative agency. 
2. You know Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Presentation, Figma (basic).
3. You know how to generate and describe creative ideas for brand expressions in social networks.
4. You have passion to social networks and meaningful communication in them.
5. You regularly follow:
   - memes;
   - trends and anti-trends in social networks;
   - technologies, media possibilities;
   br/>- new brands, advertising campaigns, films, books, creators, etc. 
6. You understand the rules of the game of the main social networks and know how to adapt content to different target audiences.
7. You are interested in generative AI and you already use it at work.
8. You know that SMM is so relevant, and you can tell us about it. Also, you will be able to explain what a cringe-worthy SMM is.

< li>Generation together with colleagues of ideas for communication of SMM projects. The ability to describe the essence of an idea and the mechanics of its implementation. Skills to argue why exactly this idea is the best for a specific brand.
1. Preparation and defense of tender proposals for managing social networks.
2. Managing social networks of brands in accordance with the SMM strategy:

• content plans;
• copywriting;
• design of Stories, posts and Reels according to the templates developed by the designer in Figma;
• launch and planning activations;
• collaborations in social networks with influencers and brands;
• community management;
• TK for designers, content makers and target specialists;
• reporting on KPI achievement.
