What we expect from the candidate

Hard Skills:

• 2 years of experience as an SEO specialist: in agencies or in-house.
• Confident technical SEO.

• Successful cases of promotion of large online stores (give at least 1-2 non-NDA examples).
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Confident using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Screaming Frog or equivalent, PageSpeed ​​Insights, Google Sheets.
• Experience with Collaborator and other link exchanges.

Soft Skills:

• Independence and willingness to make important decisions.
• High demands on the quality of one's work and the work of colleagues.
• Ability to "push" decisions by arguing them.
• Thirst for knowledge - keeping your finger on the pulse of Google updates and other SEO news.

It will be a plus:

• Ability to work with Google Indexing API.
• Knowledge of the basics of HTML, CSS, JS.
• Ability to work with Hotjar.
• Experience of working with large online stores, where most pages (cross-filters) are closed from scanning.

Your tasks

• Work with 4 online stores: Ukraine, Poland, Germany, England.
• On-page optimization with technical audits, collection of semantics, linking and other work with content.
• Analysis of competitors.
• Link building - from strategy development to buying links.
• Removal from search of complete duplicate pages.
• Development , protection and implementation of SEO strategies.
• Monitoring the technical condition of the site with attention to improving PageSpeed ​​Insights indicators.
• Setting tasks for developers and content writers, checking these tasks.
• Searching for new growth points.
