We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior Recruiter to help scale the company's key business function teams.
You will work in the Business Unit recruitment team, which is responsible for the selection of specialists for the areas:
- Business Excellence
- Marketing
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- People Management
- Legal
The team consists of 3 Recruiters, 2 Talent Sourcers and a Team Lead.
This role involves working closely with business lines and C-level leaders, influencing hiring decisions and having the opportunity to work in a variety of roles from expert to executive.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in international recruitment and technical roles for Ajax Systems teams in Ukraine and other countries.
Main tasks:
- Full cycle of recruitment: from the definition of requirements to the offer stage and exit of the candidate.
- Search and attract strong candidates through active sourcing and various search channels.
- Conducting interviews and assessing the professional and personal competencies of candidates.?Working with candidates at the Lead / Head / Chief level.
- Partnership with hiring managers and C-level in making hiring decisions.
- Forming a short-list of candidates and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Participating in development recruiting processes and analytics (time-to-hire, search channel effectiveness).
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.?Experience closing complex non-technical roles.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills candidates.
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn tools.
- Experience interacting with C-level managers and executives.?Understanding the Ukrainian labor market and recruiting trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Will be a plus:
- Work experience in product tech companies or large manufacturing businesses.
- Experience building ERP teams.
- Experience recruiting Head / Chief level candidates.?
