We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The role involves work on large complex systems, close collaboration with developers and project managers, a strong focus on product quality, and hands-on testing across web applications.
What We Need from You:
3+ years of experience in quality assurance.
Solid understanding of web application testing and related methodologies.
Practical experience with testing techniques, including requirements analysis and task prioritization.
Ability to work effectively with Project Managers and within cross-functional teams.
Experience creating and maintaining test and project documentation.
Confident written English. General level – Intermediate (В1+) or higher.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in improving development and testing processes to raise overall product quality.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.
Own test planning for assigned projects.
Design, maintain, and execute test plans in accordance with requirements and specifications.
Work closely with development and support teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing and software documentation.
Working Hours & Availability:
Our QA team is expected to be available until 2 PM EST (12 pm — 9 pm Kyiv time).
Every month or so, we release on Sundays. Your participation will be crucial. Time spent on weekends will be accounted for and redistributed from working days – no extra workdays, no overtime.

About the project:
Our client’s project unites over 90 medical clinics across Maryland, Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Florida, employing more than 1000 individuals and contractors.
To successfully manage multiple clinics and provide consistently high-quality service, our client has developed a novel business model and implemented modern technology to streamline internal and external information flow.
The core of the company, excluding employees, is the Intranet Portal. It connects all clinics and the headquarters and includes schedules, appointment information, patients' information, an attorney portal, and more. External IT provides instant access to clients' essential information and the electronic transfer of medical records to the participating Attorney.
