Middle/Senior Product Owner (Mobile/Оnboarding) in PrivatBank

Purpose of the position:build digital onboarding of clients and develop/improve the process of actualization/reactivation of clients in Privat24.

Main duties:

• Development and implementation of a new user onboarding functionality in a mobile application
• Analysis of the current functionality and making proposals for its improvement
• Collection, analysis and systematization of requirements from stakeholders
• Constant market monitoring and analysis competitors
• Formation and management of product strategy, prioritization of tasks
• Preparation of technical tasks for the development team
• Working with analytical tools to evaluate functional efficiency
• Cooperation with contractors, design, technical and marketing teams

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience as a product manager or business analyst in mobile applications
• Experience in hypothesis testing when creating or expanding product functionality
• Experience in managing core product metrics
• Experience in creating road maps, setting tasks and managing their implementation
• Knowledge of flexible methodologies and frameworks for product and team management
• Understanding the construction of IT processes for mobile product development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in the banking/fintech sector
• Experience in developing user onboarding in banking or fintech applications (from initial login to activation account)
• Experience launching new products from scratch
• Knowledge of the basics of working with APIs and integrations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of the basics of UX/UI design for mobile applications
