We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join the team of cool professionals of the Honeytech project - a young startup that launched a project in the comics industry 2 years ago, which is now worth $5 billion and will grow even more 5 times in the next 10 years. We have already found an economic unit, solved all issues with financing and are now actively growing. What can we boast about? A small team of senior specialists with strong expertise in analytics, marketing and business development. Corporate culture is guided exclusively by common sense . Minimum bureaucracy, maximum independence, freedom of action and high responsibility. Analytical technologies: Bigquery + Tableau + R + Amplitude. Comfortable working conditions: remote or office to choose from + full social package. Your tasks will consist of product and marketing areas: Search insights for product development; Forecasting LTV and revenue; Evaluation of implemented product initiatives; Building and improving reporting in Tableau for marketing and product teams; Development and automation of data pipelines; Evaluation of AB tests. You will work together with the Head of Product, a senior analyst who if necessary, it will help you "pump up". Skills that will help you perform tasks efficiently: Technical skills: At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst in IT companies; Professional SQL (experience with BigQuery will be an advantage); Scripting language for data analysis: R (tidyverse) or Python (pandas, numpy) at least at an intermediate level; Understanding of cohort analysis approaches; Will be a plus: knowledge of AB test estimation theory and experience building analytical models; Traits we look for: Energetic.
