Responsibilities:

• Creation and preparation of Google accounts and Google Ads advertising cabinets;
• Setting up campaigns: launch and management, writing "selling" ads, keyword selection, competitive analysis, moderation;
• Working with semantics: analysis, expansion, negative words;
• Campaign analytics: identifying strengths and weaknesses, ensuring proper budget allocation, scaling RC;
• Evaluating and adjusting strategies for promotion campaign effectiveness: bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages;
• Monitoring competitor activity;
• Management and control over budgets in advertising offices.

What we expect from the candidate:

1. PPC experience: understanding of marketing channels and tools including SEO, SMM, SERM, site building, etc.< /li>
2. Analytical skills and independence: the ability to independently analyze situations and find solutions, using analytical and search tools such as Google, GPT, etc.

4. Practical experience: at least 3 years of work with Google Ads, necessarily experience with all types of RK. Experience with Bing, Yahoo will be a plus , LinkedIn, Shopify and other platforms.
5. Manage multiple projects
6. Technical skills: knowledge of Google Merchants, experience with feeds and filters, understanding the reasons for blocking and how to prevent them. Understanding of Google Ads Script is desirable
7. Marketing Models: understanding of marketing models (e.g. RACE), ability to analyze and explain the stages of the model.
8. Analytics and reporting:< /b> Experience with analytical tools (GTM, GA4), ability to configure and analyze data, experience with Hotjar, Serpstat.
9. Ability to work with data : knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, ability to work with a large amount of data, cusing functions and formulas. The ability to prepare technical specifications for the client.
10. Time management: the ability to effectively plan and manage time, the ability to prioritize tasks.
< li>Communication skills: good communication skills, ability to work in a team, proactivity, openness and honesty.
11. Adaptability and positivity: flexibility in adapting to changes, positive attitude. The ability to adapt to situations.
12. Reports and audits: skills in working with Looker Studio, practical experience in PPC drafting and usability audits.
13. Project management: understanding the management of work processes and work order at different stages of the project.
14. Balance of project types: experience with both E-commerce and services.
