Middle/Senior IT System Analyst (Data Engineering and MLOPS) in PrivatBank

Purpose of the position:Data Engineering and MLOPS team - we develop data flows to ensure the implementation of projects in the areas of risk management (making credit decisions for clients, their verification and monitoring), and also implement data science models in the areas of classical Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV) and Generative AI (Gen AI), creating products that impact the experience of millions of customers.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive systems analyst to be a key link between business strategy and our technical team. Your role is to deeply understand business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements to develop fast and relevant data flows, as well as implement innovative AI solutions. 400">

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience in the position system/business analyst in IT
• SQL proficiency and experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and cloud analytical databases (Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift)
• Practical experience in designing and describing APIs (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger)
• Experience in gathering and formalizing requirements for complex systems
• Ability to work in an Agile environment (experience with Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation
• Basic knowledge and orientation in AWS tools to further create implementation diagrams for key Data Science models
• Systemic and critical thinking, ability to see the "big picture"
• Developed communication skills for effective interaction with technical and business teams
• Independence, responsibility and ability to make decisions in the area of competence
• High level of attention to details
• Desire to develop in advanced areas of AI and construction of data streams

It will be an advantage:

• Experience of working as a system analyst in projects related to Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision or Generative AI
• Experience in banking or fintech (understanding credit processes, risk management, fraud detection, customer service)
• Basic knowledge of Python (pandas libraries, NumPy) for independent data analysis
• Understanding the life cycle of ML models (MLOps)
