Getworker is looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiter to join our Recruitment team.

Your experience:

• Proven 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Full cycle recruitment of technical positions
• Experience in successful hiring in the EU
• Substantial experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterward feedback
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills;
• Strong presentation and communication skills (ability to conduct negotiations with customers);
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
• Ability to prioritize and reach deadlines
• Upper-intermediate English

Tasks:

• Being responsible for recruitment processes
• Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Generating and maintaining candidates pipeline; candidates data processing
• Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus
• Working with EU, markets
