Purpose of the position:CTI risk management and CTI compliance.

< b style="font-weight: 700">Main responsibilities:

• IT risk management (informational -communication technologies), including risk assessment, development of measures and monitoring of their implementation and/or management of projects related to coordination of external/internal IT audit Planning, coordination and implementation of IT compliance projects in accordance with of the legislation of Ukraine, standards and internal policies of the Bank in the field of ICT
• Management of the project team, including distribution of tasks between participants, monitoring of work performance and ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Interaction with various divisions of the Bank, including IT , legal, audit, risk management, etc., to ensure a coordinated approach to ICT risk management and ICT compliance
• Analysis of requirements and development of action plans to ensure ICT compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, Bank standards and policies in the ICT sector
• Project documentation and reporting, including reports on work performed, costs and results achieved

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience and knowledge in the field of ICT risk management and/or IT compliance with legislation
• Experience with project software and project management tools
• Communication and conflict management skills
• Ability to multitask and organize your work
• Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
< li>Knowledge of project management methodologies
• English (Upper-Intermediate) B2+

Would be an advantage:

• Understanding regulatory requirements in the field of banking in the IT part
• Experience of working with a large number of people in involved projects (from 30 people)
