We are inviting a Middle+/Senior Full stack Web-extension Developer (React & Node) to join our team.

The project has two directions:

1. A healthcare platform focuses on simplifying and streamlining American health insurance complexities, particularly the prior authorization process. This process involves obtaining insurance company approval for certain medical treatments and operations to ensure coverage, which can often be cumbersome.
2. A software that streamlines the approval process for life-saving specialty drugs, allowing doctors to submit requests, check statuses, and manage medications and insurance in one place. By eliminating manual paperwork, it helps doctors and clinics improve patient care and reduce costs.

• Experience with web-extension development
• Proficiency in React
• Background in server-side development using Node.js
• Proven ability to work with Express (transition to Next.js in the future)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Experience in containerization using Docker
• English — Upper-Intermediate level and higher

Would be a plus

• Healthcare projects and HIPAA compliance experience

Responsibilities

• Write new and improve existing systems functionality
• Correct data during transmission between services and ensure its subsequent use
• Integrate a system for tracking user actions with an extension
• Collect and manage statistical data
• Conduct work breakdown and end-to-end implementation for new functionality
• Write effective, scalable code
• Daily communicate with client stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews
