● Take ownership of the entire BE for mobile application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance;
● Collaborate with product managers and engineering team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
● Architect, design, and implement efficient and scalable BE application;
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
● Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices;
● Collaborate with mobile developers to integrate APIs and services;
● Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and usability. Must Haves
● 5+ years of development experience in React.js (30%) and Node.js (70%);
● A strong sense of ownership and willingness to overcome every challenge with the same level of energy, regardless of the complexity or the end goal;
● Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g. Github, Slack, JIRA);
● A deep sense of quality and attention to detail;
● Strong software engineering foundation and experience;
● Experience working with React Native;
● Upper-intermediate English level. Nice To Haves
● Experience working with Typescript;
● Optional: experience with GCP;
● Optional: experience with Strapi;
● You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, & highly-performant code;
● You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems;
● You have experience working in an Agile environment;
