Middle/Senior Data Scientist in PrivatBank

Purpose of the position: data analysis, construction and implementation of ML models. We own huge amounts of data and are looking for a Middle/Senior Data Scientist who will help turn them into intelligent services using classic machine learning and modern DeepLearning approaches.

Basic responsibilities:

• End-to-end development: design, training and implementation of ML/DL models (from research to production)
• Classical ML: working with tabular data, EDA, feature engineering and building classification/regression models
• Deep Learning: building models for work with text, images and sound for business needs
• MLOps: containerization of models (Docker), configuration of their quality monitoring and integration via API (FastAPI/Flask)
• Documentation: maintenance of technical documentation and presentation of results (metrics, business effect) to stakeholders

Essential Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role (commercial experience)
• ML Stack: Deep knowledge of Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM
• DL Stack: Strong knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras
• Working with data: advanced SQL (complex queries, analytical functions)
• Engineering skills: Git, CI/CD, Docker, working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Mathematical background: understanding of statistics, probability theory and principles of algorithms "under the hood"
• Visualization: ability to build dashboards in BI tools and meaningful graphics

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with GenAI and NLP
• Experience in Computer Vision tasks
• Experience in other advanced DeepLearning architectures
