Very important thing, you must have experience with travel domain (hotels, tickets, booking, etc.) special ifyou are Middle level Required skills 4+years ofexperience asaBusiness Analyst; Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglish; Fundamental knowledge ofand practical experience with various business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities; Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies; Experience increating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items inthe form ofuser stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases; Experience inmodeling via BPMN, ERD, state, and scope modeling techniques; Experience inpresale/discovery activities; Good organization skills; Good communication skills, and the ability totalk with technical, and non-technical resources, aswell asmanagement; Problem-solving skills tosupport the team and client; Beflexible tochange and willing toadapt toclient and team needs. Responsibilities: Elicit requirements and interact with stakeholders from the client side, starting from high-level vision and business requirements tolow-level functional/non-functional requirements. Define problem statements, assumptions, and constraints ofthe solution Analyze and critically verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes, and verify with the product owner; Control project scope and maintenance backlog. Closely work with Project Manager onplanning activities Support product development starting from project overview and roadmap till the support stage ofthe project. Keep solution requirements documentation up-to-date and maintain project Wiki; Drive elicitation process and discovery phases asaBA for new projects Requirements elicitation &user story writing. Hypothesis validation using event-driven approach. Collaborate effectively with members ofdevelopment team and stakeholders. Proactively suggest improvements tothe platform and development/testing processes.
