Middle/Senior Business Analyst (Data Science projects) in PrivatBank

Purpose of the position:ensuring timely and proper control over the fact that the product being developed is of high quality and fully meets the customer's requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• Collection, formalization and coordination of requirements with customers
• Analysis of customer needs, constraints and development of target solution architecture; coordination of solution options with interested parties
• GAP analysis
• Description and modeling of business processes
• Preparation of technical and project documentation, instructions for use and operation of implemented systems
• Management of requirements (processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements)
• Participation in the development of test plans and, directly, in acceptance testing
• Development of user interface prototypes
• Preparation of technical tasks and setting tasks for developers
• Preparation and implementation presentations

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst role in IT or related positions: QA, PM, PO
• Collection experience , systematization and documentation of client requirements for software. in a project environment, knowledge of modern methodologies and tools, ability to work in a team and understanding of business processes
• Skill of modeling business processes within the project, development of a solution model
• Owning UX prototyping tools
• Understanding SDLC and basic methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Own change management methods
• Understand logic interactions between software components
• Have knowledge of BPMN, UML notations
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level (Intermediate B1)+
