Middle/Senior Analyst (Arbitrage) in Upstars

Our main focus is B2B services and technological solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, supporting the legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, that is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license to provide gambling services.

We are expanding our dream team and looking for Middle /Senior Analyst for Arbitrage team

Your future tasks:

• development and maintenance of interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize key performance indicators of campaigns, ensuring their ease of understanding for the team and stakeholders;
• defining requirements for the development of data showcases for ETL engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data for analysis;< /li>
• monitoring of reports on the subject of changes in metrics, including data-mining to identify anomalies and trends in data;
• conversion funnel analysis on partner products in case of low traffic conversion and issuing recommendations for improvement performance;
• plan vs fact reporting, presentation of key changes in indicators at weekly/monthly meetings and their reasons.

💪 Your skills:

• advanced knowledge of Tableau and SQL: for effective work with reports and data analysis;
• experience in product analytics and digital marketing: understanding the working mechanisms of products and attracting traffic;
• inquisitive mind: the ability to think critically and solve complex problems;
• presentation and communication skills: the ability to clearly and clearly convey information to a variety of audience.

🤞Desirable, but not critical:

• experience in traffic arbitration;
• work as a marketing analyst;
• work as a product analyst;
• experience with BigQuery;
• knowledge of Python or R;
• experience in machine learning and statistical analysis.
