Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager in Preis HR agency

For our client, an international affiliate program (CPA network), we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager (remote).
In this position, your responsibilities will include finding, attracting and developing new affiliates from scratch (sweepstakes).


Skills required:< /p>

• Deep understanding of Performance Marketing and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience with sweepstakes during the last period;
• Ability to actively attract affiliates;< /li>
• Focus on the result and a constant desire to succeed in a rapidly changing environment;
• Oral and written English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
• The possibility of departure for borders of the country to participate in international conferences and meetings with international partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Active search and attraction of new partners;
• Building long-term relationships with affiliates;
• Constant search for new opportunities and customers to increase the company's profits both online and at professional events from around the world;< /li>
• Analysis of statistical data in order to find ways to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• Daily cooperation with representatives of other departments;
• Analysis of competitors and market trends;
• li>Document management and reporting.
