About you:
 

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Delivery Manager using the Scrum framework for development software
• Experience working on outsourced projects
• Experience managing teams of 8+ people
• Experience in setting up processes from scratch
• Level of English languages ​​Upper Intermediate or higher
• Clear understanding of Agile theses and principles and practical experience in their application
• Experience in facilitation techniques
• Ability to work with Jira and Confluence
• Diligence, result orientation and attention to details

Your responsibilities:
 

• Set up the process of daily meetings, planning, regular communication with the customer's representatives to clarify the requirements and presentation of the completed work with further moderation and improvement of these events
• Set up the process of continuous improvement of the team's workflow
• Ensure the process of displaying the most relevant information on tasks on the team board at any time
• Ensure compliance with company rules by all team members
• Determine team performance metrics with their subsequent collection and analysis
• As an intermediate result, transfer the team from the state of storming to norming from the performance of its work, as the final result - to performing
• Monitor the overall performance of the team, inform about the general state of affairs and conduct active work on eliminating obstacles

• Establish and further encourage effective communication and cooperation, facilitate discussion and resolution of conflicts
• Act as a mediator in communication between teams and customer representatives, resolve cross-team dependencies
• Prepare reports based on the results of the iteration immediately after and the overall results of the set of 5-6 iterations
• Manage the development of the team and maintain its high level of motivation
• Be an active participant and contributor to our Scrum master community!
