About the project: We are developing TiONA — a virtual workspace with a tool for video conferencing, chat, ticketing and document management. The main goal of the project is to create a reliable and convenient platform for communication and cooperation for the German market. Development processes are based on the Agile methodology. Our cooperation involves work only in the Dnipro content office! Sprint Events: effectively manage and facilitate sprint ceremonies to support product development and delivery. Retros/lessons learned: ability to identify pain points for the Agile team and generate fresh actionable ideas. Work with the scope: support the Product Owner and provide training as needed, especially Product Backlog health , Dependency Management for better release management. PIand Sprint Planning: help teams achieve Sprint goals &PIObjectives/ Program objectives by following planning ceremonies / evaluation of backlog items. Conduct team breakout sessions to determine the volume of work on the PI plan. Coaching Teams: coaching of teams in the self-organization. Help the team achieve a higher level of Agile maturity. Stakeholder Management: have partnerships, collaborate with team stakeholders. Progress tracking: track and report on the team's progress indicators. Pay attention to anti-agile patterns and conduct team coaching to eliminate them. Escalation when something hinders progress. Stages of communication about a vacancy: 1.
