We continue to grow and are looking for a sales manager in the B2B/B2G segment to join our team. Task: Managing the full cycle of selling IT solutions from SAP, Microsoft, IBM, HPE, Cisco and our own business digitalization solutions. Preparation of commercial proposals, drafting and conclusion of contracts and agreements. Expansion, formation of the customer base, and reporting. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Active participation in negotiations with the first persons of companies and IT directors. Achieving sales targets. Active interaction with the technical team. Requirements: Experience in conducting and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients in the B2B and B2G sphere. Experience in sales of IT products (services) from 2 years. Long-term (3 to 6 months) sales experience. Understanding the specifics of the IT sphere and sales of IT products. Experience in vendor companies and/or IT integrators will be an advantage. Experience of participating in tenders. Ability to understand client's business, identify client's needs and propose solutions. Presentation experience. Large sales management skills. Experience negotiating with final decision makers would be an advantage. Our candidate: A positive, persistent and easy-to-communicate person. Orients and affects the result. Has strong communication skills. Demonstrates engagement and proactivity. Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level will be an advantage. We offer: Rate + % of the margin. Flexible timing of work (online/offline), hybrid format (during the trial period of visiting the office - daily, after the trial period of visiting the office - 2 times a week and as needed).
