Vchasno.EDO is an electronic document management service that provides creation, approval, signing, exchange and storage of documents online. We continue to scale and develop the product. Therefore, we are increasing the team and are looking for 4 managers in the sales department at once. Now there are 32 specialists in the team. The total number of employees in all Vchasno projects includes more than 160 specialists. As a specialist in this position, you will be involved in the development of existing clients, namely, identifying new opportunities for the introduction of our product and client growth, building long-term partnerships with the client. There will be an opportunity to research business processes and help improve them. The main goal is the success of the client in using our services. Important for this role: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in sales to medium and large businesses; the ability to find a potential client, experience in cold calling of sales; understanding of areas of responsibility and areas of influence of C-level positions (CMO, CEO, CFO, CVO, CIO, etc.); experience in the full sales cycle (prospect search, going to the "responsible person", concluding a contract, support); confirmation of previous experience of effective work before (recommendations of previous leaders, place in the TOP-5 sellers of previous teams/companies, recommendations of clients); skills of building long-term relationships with clients; ability to manage your time and the time of colleagues; focus on goals, targeting success and results; diligence and enthusiasm, the desire to help and really be useful. Tasks in this position: communication with clients of medium and large businesses (who already have the On Time tariff, but do not yet use all opportunities); implementation and over-implementation of the development plan; building relationships with the client and constant maintaining communication; cooperation with marketing and product development departments to develop our sales strategy; preparation and implementation of new ideas to improve existing processes.
