Middle Recruiter (non-tech) in EVO

We are currently looking for a 6+ month project recruiter who will strengthen the team and be ready to close sales/accounting vacancies for On Time ecosystem projects.

About the team:Our HR team consists of 2 recruiters, personnel specialists and C&B, HRBP, and Team Leader.

What is important for this role:
- experience in non-tech recruiting
- be able to effectively find and attract candidates using cold search
- knowledge and experience of working with various channels of engagement (job search sites, professional communities, networking)
- knowledge of the entire selection process (from the customer's briefing to starting work)

- здатність працювати в умовах високого завантаження та мультизадачності
- вміння працювати в команді та бажання допомагати колегам

Задачі:
повний цикл ведення вакансій (напрямок продажів/аккаунтингу):

- зняття вимог щодо вакансії в замовника, консультування щодо процесу найму
- допомога замовнику в описі вакансій
- робота з сайтами з пошуку роботи та іншими ресурсами
- primary screening
- conducting interviews with the customer
- providing feedback to candidates
- support of the candidate until joining the team
- collection of recommendations for candidates
- search for new channels of attracting candidates
- interaction with other teams, participation in People Team projects to improve, systematize and optimize HR processes.
