Your future tasks:

• full cycle of recruiting
• development and implementation of a candidate search strategy
• collaboration with the Hiring Manager to identify the ideal candidate
• conducting interviews using modern approaches for candidate evaluation
• supporting candidates at all stages of the recruiting process
• monitoring of labor market trends, job resources and talent search tools.

If you:

• have at least 2 years of experience as a recruiter or a similar position
• have an understanding of recruitment processes
• know in practice how to work with basic search tools
• you have high communication skills, love and know how to work with people
• want tolearn new things and are ready to quickly master large amounts of information
• have organizational skills
• can work both independently and in a team.

Basic knowledge of the IT field will be a plus.
