The design process is based on user research and testing in our own cozy UX laboratory. We use modern tools and equipment. The development process is based on the Agile/Scrum methodology.

Required skills:

Testing Theory and Documentation:
·                         Deep understanding of test documentation: types, test analysis.
·                         Mastery of test design techniques for effective test creation.
·                         Ability to craft test artifacts: checklists, test cases, and test plans.
·                         Professional approach to requirement testing and collaboration with the development team.
·                         Handling defects: classification, localization, and documentation.
Technical Skills:
·                         Experience with APIs using Postman, Swagger, DevTool.
·                         Work with logs, for example Kibana
·                        Experience in Creatio (CRM)
·                        Knowledge of version control systems like Git and integration tools Jenkins, Gitlab.
Desired Skills:
·                       Capability to work with databases: SQL, NoSQL. Experience with tools like Robo 3T, MS SQL, DBeaver.
·                       Experience working on banking or fintech products.
·                       Familiarity with corporate business applications.
