About the company

DATAMI is a service company in the field of cyber security (pentest, audits, compliance, vulnerability assessments).
A team of up to 50 people. We work with clients from Ukraine, Europe, Asia, Australia and the USA.

The projects are mostly short-term. We work in the format of performing a specific service with a clear scope and project completion - without permanent retainers and product development.

About the role

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager with a focus on customer interaction and service delivery. You will be responsible for: customer communication (calls, email, regular updates);

Projects run in parallel (5-8 at a time) and require system control and timely communication, but do not involve deep day-to-day micro-management of tasks. The teams are small (2-5 specialists).

You are responsible for meeting the agreements with the client and the overall result of the project from the side of the company.

Main responsibilities

• Management of several parallel short-term client projects.
• Regular communication with clients throughout the entire project cycle.
• Control of deadlines, scope and fulfillment of obligations.
• Timely follow-ups and coordination of the internal team.
• Preparation of status reports and final results.
• Structured documentation management (Jira/Confluence or similar).
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and developing cooperation.

What to expect

• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in an IT or service business. Experience in managing several parallel client projects. with clients.
• I'm sureEnglish B2+ (oral and written).
• Structure, attention to details, responsibility.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
