Middle Product Marketing Manager (iGaming) in Upstars

Our main focus of work is B2B services and technological solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, supporting the legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, which is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license for the provision of gambling services.

We are expanding our dream team and we are looking for a Middle Product Marketing Manager.

✅ Your future tasks:

- planning promo campaigns in accordance with the goals and KPIs of the company;

- development of new and improvement of existing mechanics of promo campaigns;

- coordination of the launch of promo campaigns from idea to production;

- formation and justification of requests for the product team to implement new features;

- conducting regular reporting;

- conducting A/B tests: formation and validation of hypotheses, interpretation of results;

- formation of conclusions, recommendations and scaling of successful solutions ;

- cooperation with related departments to create new concepts.

💪 Your skills:

- experience in iGaming or Betting from 1 year;

- experience with analytical tools Google Analitics, Tableau;

- understanding of metrics: LTV, Coverage, MAU, DAU, ARPU, GGR;

p>- confident use of Excel or Google Sheets.

🤞Desirable, but not critical:

- experience with Campaign Management System (Facttrack / Customer. io or others)

- experience with Jira.
