Middle Product Manager in Pine Software

The full production cycle IT company Pine Software specializes in the development of software products/services in the field of information technologies. The company's team is working on creating a trading platform with innovative solutions that solve specific problems and satisfy certain customer needs. Our head office is located in sunny, sometimes scorch Larnaca, Cyprus, and we have an office located in Kyiv as well.We are looking for a Middle Product Manager to drive the development of the backend for a desktop trading platform that ensures precise validation of trading operations. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with leading U.S. exchanges and contribute to the enhancement of a live product. In this role, you will:Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and tasks according to business value and technical feasibility;Discovery management includes gathering requirements, breaking down tasks, coordinating sprint increments across teams, and facilitating sprint demos;Work closely with development team (9–10 people) to translate product requirements into technical specifications;Leverage technical expertise to guide architecture, design, and implementation decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape and define the product vision and strategy;Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements;Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, ensuring Pine products remain at the forefront of fintech.What we expect: 2+ years experience in the financial/trading industry, preferably in product management;Technical (Backend) experience (Demonstrable experience with web technologies and projects);General knowledge understanding of financial, stock, and options markets;Possess strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;Self-motivated learner with the ability to independently lead projects from concept to completion;Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and tasks according to business value and technical feasibility;Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
