Middle Product Manager (B2B) in EVO

Prom.ua is the largest marketplace in Ukraine, where more than 100 million products are sold, and 4.8 million users visit the site every day:

• Each buyer can find everything they need at the best price — from a toothbrush to a cultivator for the garden and vegetable garden.
• Each entrepreneur can sell their products in the marketplace catalog, on a website built on the Prom platform, and on mobile application.

In the Merchant Product Integration team, we are looking for a Middle Product Manager (B2B), who will develop financial and logistics services, influence key company products and will coordinate complex merchant processes with internal teams and partners.

Future Product:

• Manages team meetings, decomposes tasks and performs backlog grooming for effective execution of projects
• Collects and refines requirements from commerce, marketing and support, ensuring the relevance of tasks
• Scales and improves the product "Payment in installments" and promotes credit products
• Develops and supports Prom-payment
• Continues the development of delivery subscriptions (Smart subscription) and implements strategic tasks in this direction
• Coordinates operational work with logistics operators and develops APIs for integration with logistics
• Communicates with partners and coordinates operational work with fintech and logistics support

What is needed for success in this roles:

• Mandatory experience as a Product Manager 3+ years with B2B product management
• Deep understanding of business metrics and ability to work with them to adopt solutions
• Experience with web or mobile products
• Confidence in using analytical systems: Tableau, Google Analytics or similar
• High level of negotiation skills, building long-term relationships and a structured approach to tasks
• Strong technical competence: quickly navigate documentation, communicate with back-end teams, discuss logic and system relationships
• Ability to work with back-end technical tasks
• Ability to calculate Unit economics and work with budgets
• People management skills: ability to manage a team, motivate, conduct one-to-one meetings and support effective processes

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in fintech or logistics
• Background in CRM/CMS development management systems
• School of incident management and firefighting, communication with partners and support
