ShuttleX is an American startup in the field of ridesharing, specializing in the Web3 area and entering the Ukrainian market. Our company is developing an ecosystem with transparent subscriptions and in-game rewards for drivers and passengers, the goal of which is to provide convenience and benefit for all users.

  Requirements:

  < strong>Planning: Collaborate with the development team to plan sprints, define goals and priorities.

  Backlog maintenance: Regularly update and prioritize the product backlog based on the business -priorities and user feedback.

  Assignment: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills, availability, and workload. Track tasks and progress with tools like Notion.

  Progress monitoring: Continuously track the progress of tasks during a sprint, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly.

  < p>Facilitation: Conduct daily calls to review progress, remove obstacles and ensure compliance with sprint goals.

  Testing: Integrate testing and quality control processes into the cycle development.

  Documentation: Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of the development process, including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  Demo/Retro:< /strong> Conduct demos and retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint to analyze successes, identify areas for improvement and plan the next sprint.

  English language: Level B2. Maintain documentation and assign tasks in English.

  A big plus will be:
