Middle Product Designer in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is an IT company specializing in the development of its own products. Our end-to-end team is active in creating, developing, promoting and supporting products.

We are looking for a Middle/Middle+-level Product Designer to (a) join the team and work on the company's product development.

Your key tasks:

• Designing new functionalities for the web version and mobile applications of our products.
• Improving existing interfaces with a focus on convenience and attractiveness for of users.
• Creation of user flow, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs and interactive layouts.
• Research of user behavior and usability testing for product improvement.
• Close cooperation with product owners, marketers, developers and analysts.
• Support and development of the design system.
• Analysis of results and initiation solutions to improve the user experience (UX).

We expect from you:

• Experience as a Product Designer from 2 to 4 years.
• Confident mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe).
• Understanding the principles of UX/UI design and user orientation.
• Ability to argue design decisions and work with feedback.
• Proactivity and desire to influence product development.
