What you need to do:
• Work closely with the product team and by the development team within the framework of solving analytical problems;
• Compile technical tasks regarding the implementation of the metric system for developers;
• Conduct A/B tests from hypothesis formation to evaluation of results in Google Optimize or similar tools;
• Based on the data, form recommendations to improve the interaction of visitors with the site, optimize the product and increase conversion;
• Configure and automate monthly reporting;
• Monitor current product metrics of projects, configure dashboards;
• Learn new web analytics tools and technical documentation;
• Backlog management and Web Analytics teams.

What is needed for this:
• Independence and a proactive approach in working on tasks;
• Leadership qualities;
• Team management experience;
• Desire to develop in the field of analytics;
• Have developed systems thinking and analytical skills;
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, understanding the principle of data collection in Google Analytics using dataLayer;
• Experience with BigQuery, Data Studio and SQL knowledge;
• Experience with Google Analytics API and Measurement Protocol;
• Have Intermediate English level (for reading profile documentation).

Main technologies:GTM, GA4, Big Query, Firebase , Looker Studio, ClickHouse.
