Modern office: Koneva, 8 (Office work 9-00-18.00 Mon-Fri)

• Start and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others;
• Select keywords, pass moderation and analyze competitors;
• Constantly monitor the performance of indicators — optimize advertising campaigns;
• Conduct testing and hypothesis testing;
• Organize the architecture of the advertising account;
• Aggregate and analyze the results of advertising campaigns and their further optimization;
• Comprehensibly andcompose TK for thedesigner;
• Predict and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• contribute to the efficiency of lead generation;
• Be able to work in a team, in a large system business;
• Be able to assign tasks to agencies and monitor results;
• Active life position and be able to defend your opinion;

Requirements:

• Knowledge of A/B testing and basic metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV etc
• 3 years experience in digtal marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads);
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions;
• Experience working with large marketing budgets;
• Rlearns internet marketing tools to attract and retain clients, knows how to calculate their effectiveness;
• Can independently evaluate work results, present their ideas;
• Ability to work with different systems analysts;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ready to work offline in the office (schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
