SavvyMoney is a venture-funded, fintech company that provides integrated credit score and personal finance solutions to Lenders, Banks, and Credit Unions. SavvyMoney’s credit score solution provides a free credit score and daily monitoring, and its pre-qualification offer engine identifies savings opportunities for its members.

Required skills:

PM requirements:

• Experience (1+ years) in a similar role (Project Manager or Service Manager)
• Strong knowledge of project management tools: Jira, Confluence, resource and project roadmap tools, Office365, GSuite
• Experience in project management (Kanban)
• Previous experience with IT outsourcing project
• Experience of remote teams management
• Strong communication and written skills
• English (upper-intermediate or higher)
• People management skills

QA requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in web testing
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and development lifecycle
• Understanding of how WEB applications work
• Experience in test cases, scenarios creation & maintenance
• Ability to work independently and take the initiative to solve QA challenges
• Great attention to detail and result driven approach

As a plus:

PM requirements:

• Scrum certifications
• Atlassian certifications (Jira)
• Experience in Fintech domain

QA requirements:

• Experience in testing WEB and/or native mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Proven experience with SQL (writing “simple” queries)
• Experience with load testing tools

Responsibilities:

PM responsibilities:

• Process management. Day-to-day management of the tasks according to Kanban methodology. Analysis of current processes and their improvement.
• Communication. Intensive communication in Slack with stakeholders and other vendors. Weekly stand-ups with a client and on-demand calls in Zoom/Google Meet.
• People management. Day-to-day people management, PAs, one-to-one sessions, EOP sessions, track team’s performance

QA responsibilities:

• Providing manual testing for WEB application
• Functional (UI testing (adaptive and cross-browser), regression, sanity, smoke testing) and non-functional
• Preparation, execution, and maintenance of test cases, checklists
• Reporting issues in the bug tracking system (Jira)
• Participating in daily stand-up, story time, planning, retrospective sessions
